Two of our Residents and the Director of Training attended a community event sponsored by the City of Thunder Bay's Anti-Racism & Equity Advisory Committee last week.   

Dr. Baxter encouraged us to to take a moment to reflect on our truths and I really enjoyed her presentation along with all of the other great speakers that shared with us their time and expertise.

Some good community discussions were had and there is still so much more to be done.
